The 51ÊÓƵEV Club is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity through hands-on experiences. The club’s ultimate goal is to compete in the prestigious Waterloo EV Challenge. Members have the opportunity to develop new skills, network with peers, and enhance their resumes and interview capabilities. Participants are tasked with designing, organizing, financing, and building a fully electric car to compete in endurance races. Working within a set budget, students can apply their academic knowledge or gain practical, experiential learning to tackle challenges in building, organizing, and designing the vehicle.
