Course description

Building on the Pathophysiology: Introductory Concepts course, students continue to explore the concept of pathology and the effect on the structure and functioning of the body. Overall mechanisms of disease have been categorized into concepts and these concepts are examined for the effect that they produce on each of the body systems.

Post Secondary level NRSG 1029 Anatomy and Physiology 2 Minimum Grade of 65
and Post Secondary level NRSG 2002 Pathophysiology 1 Minimum Grade of 65

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
